AFC Stockport are proud to announce the beginning of an exciting new chapter as the club starts its journey towards semi-professional football. The first step in this journey will see our First Team move from the ChesMan Sunday League into the Lancashire and Cheshire Amateur Football League, competing on Saturdays. This move is an important part of the club’s long-term ambition to progress through the football pyramid and continue building towards the standards we want to achieve. We would like to place on record our sincere thanks to the ChesMan Sunday League for everything they have done for AFC Stockport over the past several years. We have enjoyed some fantastic and successful moments during our time in the league, and we are grateful for the role they have played in our journey so far.
